The bedroom is connected to a living room that you can also use which makes the 170 sq. ft. bedroom feel even bigger!

This is a 1920s duplex with a spacious front porch and decent backyard in Boyle Heights not too far from the Mariachi Plaza Station with quick access to highways so everything feels like it’s only 15 minutes away by car. But in general it’s very walkable being off of Cesar Chavez
