Looking for someone to sublet my room in North Park Slope for most of August. Preference to someone who can sublet for the entire period (August 9-31).

The apartment is in a perfect location: it's a 15 minute walk from Prospect Park, a 5 minute walk to the 2/3 Bergen stop, and an 8 minute walk to Atlantic Ave-Barclays Center (2/3/4/5, D/N/R/W, B/Q & the LIRR).

The room is off of a huge living room overlooking a tree-lined brownstone block. The room has a large window, and a window A/C unit that I'll leave installed. The side of the apartment that the room is on has a separate entrance, and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you'll need. The apartment is shared with two clean and quiet roommates, both professionals in their late 20s.

The room will be **unfurnished**. There is a large walk-in closet that is in the back half of the apartment that will be fully yours to use for storage (ideal for someone who is moving to the city).

No pets, no parties, and no smoking.
