RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
*Rent is $700 flat and paid up-front. This amount includes all utilities and a $100 deposit, fully refundable upon moving out, as long as you haven't destroyed or stolen anything.

*Sublessees will need to enter into a simple, signed sublease

Sarah (she/he/it) is a teacher. She enjoys performing at drag shows, crafting, and equal parts being cozy at home and hanging out with friends.

Victor (he/him) works for Apple. When home, he's often cooking up meals that make the whole apartment smell amazing.

Billie (kitty cat), she loves being in Jenna's room and is often asleep in her windowsill or on her desk chair. She is very sweet and affectionate but isn't shy about putting up her boundaries.
