I sadly have to move out of my room in this great 3- bedroom apartment I share with two roommates before our lease is up 8/31. It's a 3 minute walk from the Barclay's Center trains (2,3,4,5,B,D,N,R,Q), Whole Foods, Lifetime fitness. The apartment has wood floors, in-unit washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. It's honestly the best.
You would be living with two female roommates in their mid-twenties who work in the arts/corporate. It's a queer friendly, kind living space. Roommates are out of the house a lot! We're looking for a woman to take my place.
Optional - this room can come furnished with a queen bed, a dresser, a small desk, and desk chair. (see photos for furnishing)

Renter will be paying rent through me. Sublet agreement will require proof of income, references, bank statements. No fees required other than monthly rent. We'll have a phone interview, if it seems like you're a good fit, you'll be invited to tour the apartment.
