The Apartment:
A true 2/2 with bedrooms on opposite sides, each with its own private bathroom. The sunny living room and balcony look out at Manhattan. The open kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of counter space. Central heat and AC.

The Building:
11-story building with an elevator, doorman, and shared patio area. No stairs to enter. Friendly neighbors, mostly young professionals and some families. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Laundry machines and a little neighbors' library in the basement.

South Slope/Greenwood Heights, on 4th Avenue. There's a great coffee shop around the corner, and we're close to lots of restaurants and shops. Just 0.4 miles to Green-Wood Cemetery and 1 mile to Prospect Park.
