I'm looking for someone to sublet my room starting 6/18 while I'm away! Preference for one person who can stay for 3 or 4 weeks. Potentially flexibility with end date.

Private furnished room in a lovely, spacious, 2 floor, 3 BR, 3 BA apartment close to the G train at Bedford/Nostrand. Depending on your needs, I can clear some space in closet and dresser for you accordingly.
-Laundry in unit ! Nice machines.
-Outdoor space: deck with stairs down to yard
-Primary use of half bath directly across the hall (shared shower with 1 housemate in full bathroom downstairs).

My bedroom is on the first floor of the apartment, behind the kitchen and living room; the other two bedrooms are down the stairs on the ground floor (not pictured). Ample privacy, bedroom is quiet. I can install my window AC unit before you arrive. Apartment is clean, has great light. I love living here! Perfect for someone visiting NYC. No couples, no pets.
