Big room in a 2 bed/2 bath apt off the Central M stop. Laundry in basement.
I’m currently living there but my roomate is moving out. So I’m looking for someone to sign the lease with me. I’m a 28 year old dude who works Monday to Friday in Manhattan so the apt is pretty quiet. It also helps that the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment.
