Hello all.

For rent is a room in a two bedroom, two story apartment in Highland Park -- near the intersection of Figueroa and York. Near the Denny's, to be precise. My roommate, who has lived here for three years, will be moving in with his girlfriend. I really like this place and here's why:

- Three stories, with the bottom one being a covered carport. The middle has a kitchen, dining area, living area, and balcony. The top contains the two bedrooms.
- Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There's an additional half bath on second story.
- This building was build three years ago and feels quite new. Central A/C, washer dryer in-unit, and real hardwood floors.

I work at an office four days a week, so could be a vibe for someone that works from home. I like to cook and read and play tennis, but am generally pretty quiet and considerate. I'm open to all identites.

Rent is 1700 per and we would be co-signing a year lease. If interested, please tell me a bit about yourself. I'm excited to meet ya. Some of the decor has been swapped around since photos were taken.
