Beautiful 2-level townhouse in Bushwick on a quiet, tree lined street, *a 6-9 min walk to/from the Wilson L train stop*. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, hardwood floors, backyard access; utilities are separate - typically average out to be under $50/person. You’ll be sharing the space with three other roommates (women, 25-32). We’re looking for someone to move into Bedroom 1 on March 15th (first month's rent will be prorated).

Since you'll be occupying Bedroom 1, which is slightly smaller in size, you'll have an additional area in the living room that you can utilize (ex. a place for your desk, drawers, etc.). Check out the last photo to get a sense of how the space was utilized by a former tenant.

If you’re respectful, chill, mindful of cleaning up after yourself, comfortable with sharing common spaces (e.g. living room, kitchen, backyard deck) and enjoy wholesome energy—feel free to reach out and we’ll set up a tour <3
