Rent is $1850 + utilities.
The A/C line at Utica is about 12 min away, and the J/Z/M at Myrtle-Broadway is about 15 min away.
The B52 bus at Gates is about 2 min away and I take that pretty often! Will take you into Bushwick or through Clinton Hill, Fort Greene and into Downtown BK.

The neighborhood is friendly and quaint! A lovely mix of lively and sleepy. Cute cafes and restaurants within a 10 min walk: Saraghina Bakery + Pizza, Botani cafe, Passionfruit Coffee, Sincerely Tommy, Dear Friends bookstore + wine bar, Frog wine bar, Turtles All the Way Down, Peaches Lewis, and more :) Herbert Von King Park is a 15 min walk as well.

The bedroom pictured would be your room! Right now my roommate still has some furniture inside, but this will be removed by the time you move in. The bathroom pictured will be your private primary bathroom :)
