We (2 women + 1 non-binary person, all in our early-thirties) have a room available in a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom Bedstuy apartment for $875/month. We are looking for someone to sublease until September 30 with potential to be long term.

The building is rent stabilized, high ceilings, A/C & heat in each room that each person controls, and we have roof access! This unit is a fifth floor walk up. The Bedford-Nostrand G train is a 7 minute walk away and the AC train is a 10 minute walk away.

No pets!

We don't smoke in the house but we have an amazinggggg roof and we're only one floor below it so super easy to go up there. We are queer friendly and we have a really great relationship with our neighbors. We love reading, hanging out outdoors, playing sports, and cooking.

We have a very friendly/fun vibe in the home.
Work-wise we all have (basically) 9 to 5's (teacher, interior designer, fair housing policy analyst), so we're looking for someone who works days.

In the evenings M-F we try to have quiet time around 10/10:30. We like our apartment to feel like a sanctuary. Same vibes for during the week with hosting - we love to host coffee shops, roof hangs, and lunch vibes during the weekend but don't typically have people over during the week as we want to make sure everyone can have their ~~relaxation~~ time.
