Hello! I am subletting my bedroom in a 3bd/1b apartment in Bedstuy. 2nd floor walk-up. $1,300/mo + utilities. 1 block from Herbert Von King park.

I will be moving to LA in early July and am looking for a subletter to take over my room through the end of the lease (Dec 31st) with option to renew in January. Move-in date is flexible!

My room is spacious and gets nice light. It is off of the living room with a North facing window. It has a sizable closet and looks out into the building courtyard.

I have a good amount of furniture (bedframe, mattress, bookshelf, A/C unit) that I will not be taking with me to LA and am happy to discuss passing them along to you if wanted.

The apartment has a dishwasher, hardwood floors, bathtub, and in-building laundry. Plus I have a hack to get the washers to run for free.

The apartment is shared with two very kind and clean housemates, Mollie (28, she/her) and Katie (27, she/her). We keep our apartment on the clean side and pride ourselves on the cozy and comfy living space we have built together.
