Cute private room available in 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment in the hip Bywater neighborhood in New Orleans!

The Area:
My place is on the second floor among the trees, it's peaceful, quiet, while being near local bars with live music, the famous Bacchanal Wine and Bywater Bakery. The beautiful Crescent Park has an entrance nearby, where you can walk along the Mississippi River all the way to the French Quarter. It's a very walkable and bike-able neighborhood and only a 5-10 min drive to the French Quarter (about 30 min walk).

The Space:
You room has a queen size bed, desk, dresser, and the apartment has wifi, washer/dryer, dishwasher and large shared bathroom. The unit is up one flight of stairs, so it is not good for those with mobility needs. Being eco-friendly is important to me, so I appreciate when my guests are clean, and recycle, compost and conserve energy. No smoking or vaping inside, and no drugs on site. This is a calm and quiet space and not good for parties.
