Hi everyone! Our lovely roommate is moving out of the city, and we’re looking for a female roommate (late 20s–mid 30s) to join our lease, starting November 1. The ideal fit would be someone kind, super tidy, respectful and professional.

The bedroom, which is west-facing with beautiful afternoon/evening light, is roughly 11’10”x7’4”, featuring a closet and wall HVAC unit. This room will share a bathroom and a second hall closet with 1 other roommate. It will come unfurnished in a lovely and bright east Greenpoint apartment with modern appliances, a dishwasher, in-unit laundry and roof access.

We also have plenty of space to store coats + shoes in the hall, and there is a spacious storage unit in the basement, which you’re welcome to fill. The apartment is on the 4th floor of our building.

We’re in a great neighborhood! Three blocks from McGolrick and within ~12-min. walking distance of the Nassau Ave G and a Graham Street L, plus lots of Citibikes.

You’ll be sharing the space with myself and Leigh—two kind, creative, and independent women in their early 30s. No dogs, please, but potentially open to cats on a case-by-case basis.
