We have a fully furnished room available in our truly stunning 5-bedroom townhouse in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.

We are 4 creative, dynamic women in our 30s who love living together and living in community in general, and we have a room available June 11 - August 5.

Dates can be flexible for the right person, partial sublets available for a minimum of 3 weeks.

The space is a gorgeous: a 4-floor all white brownstone with a private luscious garden. We have 3 bathrooms, a formal dining room, family room, gourmet kitchen, and a full basement. The ground has a beautiful open floor plan and the apartment is full of light on all floors.

The room we have available is our second biggest room, and it costs $3,400.

(Yes we know it is quite expensive but WORTH IT!! Note: the house is incredible, completely ready to move in -- furnished, decorated, stocked with food, the works, and much much cheaper to live in once you’re in because we live communally!)

Within two blocks from the F/G trains at Carroll Street, steps from Carroll Park, and in the center of all the great shops and restaurants of Court, Smith Street, and the Gowanus. A mile from Prospect Park and 15 minutes from the waterfront :)
