ALL-INCLUSIVE RENT: $1,400/mo Rent covers everything: all utilities and internet, a monthly deep clean by our housekeeper Karla, and a fully stocked house: hand soap, dish soap, cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, tin foil, saran wrap. You move in and just live. We also have tools, a guest bed with linens, beach towels, park blankets, and party supplies. This place is really set up.

Full Disclosure Cons: No central heat or AC, though every room has a quality window AC unit. Hand-washing dishes only, no dishwasher. Long, narrow shared driveway. There's a unit below and 3 apartments in back.
Parking: 4 tandem off-street spots, one per person. Works for any normal size car or SUV.
WHO WE ARE We’re all creatives and cultivate a chill home vibe. We travel a lot and are all out and about. We’re all doing our own things but have a lovely home camaraderie and hang and host dinners and watch tv together, etc.
David H — 36 — Leaseholder. Has lived here 7 years and built out the house's art collection, furniture, and overall vibe. Owns an event photo experience company and a photo studio/event space in West Adams. Loves being outdoors and cooking.
David T — 30 — Has lived here 2.5 years since moving from NYC. Podcast producer by day; film lover, socialite and budding entrepreneur by night. LA native, he’s got his pulse on the news cycle and is always down for a good time.
Matt — 29 — Entertainment and pop culture aficionado working in media. Plant lover, chef, he’s always got the hot celeb goss. A lover of the theater, he’s always on his way to LA’s latest show. Been here a year.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Someone fun, warm, self-aware, and low-drama. Creatively or professionally engaged with the world. Someone who takes pride in where they live without being precious about it.
We keep this house very clean: dishes washed thoroughly and immediately after cooking, counters and surfaces wiped down, bathroom tidied after yourself. If you’re not pro-active about maintaining a very clean home, or if that sounds like a lot, this is not the right fit.
Traits we share and hope for: creative, communicative, positive, mature, healthy lifestyle, social, self-sufficient, respectful of people and shared space.

We are looking for someone who intends to stay here a year or longer.
A NOTE ON FIT As part of the 1 year sublease agreement, the first 2 months will be considered a trial. After 1 month, we will check in to confirm this is a good fit for everyone. If not, we will part ways with a month of notice and good feelings on both sides.
MOVE-IN $800 security deposit + $1,400 first month = $2,200 to move in. Rent due via Venmo on the 29th of each month. You'll e-sign a sublease agreement with house expectations outlined clearly.
