I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in a luxury building in Harlem with my dog. The apartment is brand new (building was built 2 years ago). There is a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in unit. Stove is gas for those who love to cook. The building has a gym, roofdeck, pool, and library available to use. Utilities (FIOS, electric, gas) are included in the rent.

I absolutely love my apartment and the amazing views of NYC. I think of my space as a quiet peaceful oasis in our fun and crazy city and I am looking for someone who is looking for the same form their space.

The apartment is a 5 min walk from the A/C/D/B at 125th and is 2 blocks from Morningside Park. It is very close to Columbia Unversity too.

Your room:
Large unfurnished room with wooden floors and floor to ceiling windows with a gorgeous view of downtown Manhattan. There is a sizable closet in your room and you will have a private bathroom with lots of storage space, a soaking tub, and rain shower head. It is the room with the keyboard and a desk in the pictures. I used the room as an office prior to my current roommate moving in.

The living room and kitchen are shared. Those spaces are furnished.

I am a female in my late 30s. I work in tech and mostly work from home. I am neat and clean. I enjoy cooking, reading, working out, and exploring the city in my spare time.

I have a dog who is 1.5 years old. He is well trained and enjoys morning runs in the park. At home, he mostly sleeps all day and plays with a few of his toys. He is about 50 lbs and is full grown.

I am friendly and am open to sharing meals and spending time. Happy to show you the neighborhood, etc. I also enjoy having time to myself.
