The spacious apartment has 12.5' ceilings, white-painted brick walls, and plenty of shared working, living and kitchen space. Nicely furnished and lit (I'm an architectural designer and have put a lot of work into it over the past few years, it's an ongoing project).

You'll have the place to yourself roughly half the time, see more in the about me section.

The available room is small but cozy (second photo), on the mezzanine level overlooking the lounge area and arched window. It has a full-size bed, natural light, operable window panels and private closet/storage space.

Building has laundry, shared courtyard and roof access, and a great community.

15-minute walk to the F/G at Smith-9th, 10-minute walk to the ferry to Wall Street. Also two CitiBike docks nearby.

I spend about half of my time in Brooklyn and the other half out on Long Island, so you'll have the space to yourself a lot of the time. When I am in Brooklyn I typically work from home.
