I’m looking for someone to take over my lease (or sublet for the remainder of the lease) at 95 Horatio — a luxury doorman building in the heart of the West Village. I put a lot of effort into finding great roommates, and you’ll be living with two awesome guys (28 & 33, both in finance, working FT in-office) who are clean, easygoing, and social.

- Bright, good sized window with a water view overlooking Little Island
- Quiet, minimal street noise

The Apartment
- 3 Bed / 2 Bath (you’d share one bathroom)
- Great closet space throughout
- Bright, spacious common areas
- Common areas currently have some older furniture, but since the guys are planning to renew next year, they’re open to redecorating. There’s flexibility to make the space your own—or keep things as is, depending on your preference.

About This Lister

I’m a nurse who accepted a job in New Jersey around the same time I signed this lease. I knew the commute would be a stretch, but I loved the apartment and gave it a real shot. Unfortunately, it’s become too burdensome, so I’m looking for someone to take over my spot.

I put a lot of effort into finding great roommates and genuinely couldn’t have landed better—two professional, easygoing guys in their late 20s/early 30s who both work in finance (quants with PhDs in math—not your average finance bros).

Looking for someone who values a clean, respectful, and social home environment in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Option to renew.
