Looking for a roommate for my huge two bedroom right on Central Park West!

Relax and enjoy our spacious apartment right on Central Park West! Very convenient to subway, restaurants, shopping. LGBTQ friendly building in a great neighborhood! Bedroom windows face Central Park and get tons of light. We have an upright piano, hardwood floors, big open living room, dining room and kitchen. Private bathroom with shower connected to bedroom, additional main bathroom with tub/shower available to use/share when roommate is present. Funky decor (we have a furry chair and a chandelier ). Central Park views in the photos are taken from the bedroom and living room windows. Sheets/towels/kitchen items all included, ready to move in. Utilities included.

I'm an actor/voice actor and so is my son. We go back and forth to LA/NYC. He was a series regular for 4 years on NBC Good Girls and we come back and forth. Sometimes you would have a roommate for part of the month and sometimes my son or I might be there for part of the month, but otherwise you could have the place to yourself. We are actors, my son and I are bicoastal and are occasionally at the apartment. Other part time roommates are likely to be artist friends temporarily renting the smaller room. Depending on our schedules, you could have the place to yourself! I'm a singer, use our piano! The neighbors are very cool and friendly. Our place has fun/funky decor, spacious with lots of light. 1200 sq feet. Windows face Central Park! Living room faces a beautiful building across the street on the corner of 106/CPW. There is an elevator and laundry in the building, and our super lives in the building. Citibikes across the street. We love our peaceful apartment/neighborhood and have lived there over 15 years. LGBTQ friendly and diverse building.
