This room is in Highland Park, California off of Figueroa Street:
-A gorgeous, sunny, and spacious two-floor, three-bedroom house
-Front yard and large back patio
-Ample street parking and two spots in driveway
-In-unit washer and dryer
-Stainless steel two-door fridge, dishwasher, and large dining room table that seats 6

It is a 12 minute walk to the local train station and bus stops are right down the road, if you do public transit. The 110 Freeway is a 5-minute drive away.

The room:
-on the first floor (the other two are upstairs)
-has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower
-queen-size bed
-55-inch TV
-state-of-the-art vinyl player and speakers
-an attached private office with standing + moveable desk with ergonomic chair
-storage and shelving and open closet

There is a doggo in the house, a sweet and 11-year-old pittie named Babe (pictured in the dining room):
-doesn't do well with other dogs, so no dogs, unfortunately
-a wonderful lounger on the couch / very cute
-her barks are infrequent (she doesn't play watch-dog through the window)
-most frequent howl is when any two people are in a room together out of sheer excitement

There are two female roommates here, both of whom are frequently gone most of the day, and are the quietest and most respectful roommates I've ever had; dishwasher is unloaded without asking, the stove top and the fridge's stainless steel are cleaned on whim, the hummingbird feeders (we have two, and both are very active!) are kept filled by any one of us. The tone in the house is so peaceful and respectful that I often say I feel like I get the benefit of company, while feeling like I live alone.

We don't often entertain guests, but you are certainly welcome to, to your best discretion. The house is usually quiet after 9PM and up early -- but I stay up late and sleep in until 10 without issue.
