We're looking for a 4th roommate for our amazing 4bd, 3ba Clinton Hill apartment! The room is available for lease sign on April 15th (or sooner) through August 31st, with option to renew.
The apartment is a modern duplex. It has high ceilings, in-building laundry, a dishwasher, central air, and a private backyard. It's located in Clinton Hill near Grand and Lexington.
The room is on the lower floor and comfortably fits a dresser + full size bed + a desk and chair. It has a large closet, direct access to the backyard, and shares a bathroom with one roommate.
On the first floor is a gorgeous living room which flows into a dining area and an open, fully equipped kitchen. The space is filled with thriving plants and natural light throughout the day. Downstairs, there is a cozy common space which serves as a movie theater, reading nook, and yoga spot.
We keep our common spaces clean and organized, and we never leave dishes in the sink overnight. Overall, there’s a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere: We each have our own schedules, but we’re always down to talk over dinner or a drink.
In terms of location, you have access to the entire city. We are walking distance to the G/Classon Ave stop (3 min) and C /Clinton-Washington stop (10 min), and we’re just minutes from the nearest grocery store, many popular bars and restaurants (Speedy Romeo, Playground, Do or Dive, For All Things Good) as well as Fort Greene Park (15 min).
We’re looking for someone kind, easy-going, clean, curious, 25-35 y.o., and LBTQIA+ / POC friendly. We do have a cat, so no additional pets or couples :(
Send along a quick bio with the below info if this sounds like a good fit for you!
