THE ROOM: Cozy room with full-sized bed, lamp, built-in bookshelf, and TWO spacious closets. This room is down its own flight of stairs and feels private. The pictures show the room when a previous roommate was living there--the furniture is different now but you can get a sense of the space/potential.

THE LOCATION: Right in the heart of Union Square. Literally around the corner from 4/5/6/L/N/R/Q/W trains, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Target, tons of shopping, restaurants, movies, etc.

THE APARTMENT: 4 bedrooms and 1 bath. A unique, Escher-esque space with dishwasher, living/dining area, high-speed internet, exposed brick, hardwood floors.

THE BUILDING: Remodeled lobby/hallways, elevator, card-operated laundry in basement.

THE ROOMMATES: All women. Early career professionals. Everyone is kind and respectful, but we tend to be in and out, busy with our day-to-day. If you have a guest in town for the weekend, that is absolutely fine. If you have 5 people over after a late night bar crawl, that is not fine. :) Clear communication, reasonable quiet hours, and standards of cleanliness are expected. I am an actor and live and work away from the city most of the time.
