We are looking for a vegan roomie in our spacious apartment in Crown Heights!

Main info:
- You'd have 1BR in a 4BR apartment (shared with me and my bf)
- 1 BR is shared guest bedroom
- 1 BR is a shared office with plenty of space for another desk (or 2)
- W/D in unit
- Dishwasher
- You'd be the primary user of a shared bathroom (we have a 2nd bath en-suite to our bedroom)
- Private backyard

We worked to set up our living room so it's not TV centered, but we do have a projector for movie/TV nights!

Our block is tree lined and has a really nice bike lane with 2 citibike stations extremely close! There is also a Block Association here that hosts an annual block party in the summer. It's a nice community vibe on the block! We're pretty close to Franklin Ave (probs like 15min walk) where there's lots of food including RAS Plant Based and Maple Creamery!

Rent is $1600/single person but $1900 for a couple bc of more people in shared spaces. Apartment is rent stabilized and heat is included in rent (we need to pay gas, electricity, internet).
