Starting November 1st, my bedroom is available for sublet in a beautiful two bedroom apartment near the Wilson Avenue L stop and the Chauncey Street J stop in a quiet section of Bushwick, Brooklyn. The bedroom comes with a private office all to yourself, and it's perfect for someone working from home. There's a large kitchen with an eat-in bar and stools, a comfortable living room with a smart TV, and high speed WiFi.

You will be sharing the apartment with my roommate, Tom. Tom is wonderful and works for a nonprofit. The landlords are a very nice married couple and they live in the apartment below. They have always been great and responsive.

We keep a very clean home and it's important that the subletter keeps things clean as well. We have established a warm and cozy living situation in this apartment and we want to keep it that way. Cleanliness, communication, and respect are values that are very important to us in a shared living space. This is not a party house. Looking for 1 roommate only. No pets. No smoking.

WiFi and utilities are shared and range from $50 to $100 per month.
