Hey everyone! I’m moving out for a work opportunity and helping my two incredible roommates find someone wonderful to take my place in our beautiful 1500 sq ft heritage apartment on the border of Fort Greene and Clinton Hill.

The space:
You’ll have a spacious 188 sq ft private room on the first floor with three big windows and beautiful natural light. It’s tucked in the back of the building, making it extra quiet and private (not street-facing). The room can come furnished or unfurnished — I’m flexible depending on your needs.

The apartment is full of character: two floors, a spiral staircase, 2.5 bathrooms, a private laundry room, beautiful kitchen, balcony, patio, side yard, and charming built-ins throughout. It’s a 6-minute walk to Fort Greene Park, close to amazing restaurants, and 5 minutes to the G or 12 to the C train.

Rent is $2,066/month + utilities (WiFi + ConEd).

The roommates:
You’d be living with two wonderful women in their early 30s, both working in tech (cyber security & AI). They’re kind, communicative, and grounded — the apartment vibe is calm, supportive, and queer-friendly. They each have a cat who roams the shared spaces, so unfortunately no additional pets.

They’re hoping to find someone who’s respectful, warm, and clean — someone who values a peaceful and progressive home.
