#1. $1,900/month (fully furnished bedroom, available Dec 1st. It has tons of natural light throughout the day, is super quiet, has new wood floors, queen bed, work station, all linens and towels, high speed Internet (7GB fiber optic), use of all the awesome features of the apartment (detailed below). It also comes with the friendship of us, the room mates, who are very nice people.

The apartment is very large, and has:

*full modern kitchen with dishwasher
*huge living room, with working fireplace, windows on three exposures, tons of natural light, large reclaimed wood farmhouse dining table
*a terrace (with views of the beach and ocean)
*separate roof deck, with outdoor furniture, grill and beach/sunset views
*very fresh air (off the Pacific Ocean, down the block)
*great weather all year round and none of the intense heat of the rest of LA.

No pets are allowed.
