Hi!! This one is for a 13 month lease 🫶

I’m looking for a roommate(with preference for females) to re-sign my lease in Nolita with me which is right next to SoHo and LES! 🥰🫶 There were 8 other ppl touring it when I found it and we were able to beat out the others by being proactive 💪 I also had to pay a $7k broker fee that you don’t have to pay ❤️

My current roommate is trying out Brooklyn, but I’d like to stay in the city! New lease starts on 9/1 🔥

The apartment is recently remodeled and fully furnished ✨ It has an in-unit washer/dryer and is right next to a bunch of subway stops 🫶 There’s a lot of pop-up shops nearby (especially during NYFW)! Also close to Prince St Pizza if you like a late night slice or the Box/ Public Hotel for nightlife 🥰 Elizabeth Garden is ~1 block away if you need a break from the hustle and bustle! (They saved it) 🫶

One of my favorite parts: The BD, FM, and JZ trains are all 5 mins from the apartment and the 6 is 10 mins away. Same for Whole Foods 🥗 I also like to walk to the NQRW for a change of pace ☀️

My roommate said she would sell her bed (with under-the-bed storage space) and desk for $200, but can also move it out if you have your own furniture 🫶

Claire (current housemate) and Sophia (main renter who will continue in the space.

Sophia (who you will be living with) is the loveliest housemate-kind, incredibly considerate and so generous. Owns furniture in property but always felt like everything beyond shared. Is so generous with all netflix and TV accounts.

Sophia works from office 2-3 days a week and travels quite a bit but whenever is home is best person to spend time with.

I am helping her to find someone to take over the room from 1/9
