Room has a private balcony, each bedroom has its own balcony so it is 100% yours! Room fits a bed, dresser, reading chair (or desk and chair) and more, with a generous closet. Building has a gym and laundry, rooftop access and parking (additional fee for a spot). Dogs considered! You’d be living with a female marketing professional in her late 20s, who is an excellent, clean, considerate roommate. She’s looking for someone who likes to keep the home a cozy, (reasonably) tidy place. Please no smoking!
