Hi! I am looking for a short term sublet to take over my room in Bushwick/Ridgewood while I travel from end of Feb to end of March.
More about the room:
- 2bed / 2bath apartment on the block of the Halsey L stop (~3 mins walk), ~12min walk to the M train too
- Private bathroom
- Room comes with bed, standing desk (2 monitors, great for WFH if needed), some closet and storage space that I will clear out for you
- Rent is $1500 for the whole period OR $400/week (+ electricity and gas, wifi included!)
Looking for someone clean and respectful to take over the room. Apartment is on a very quiet street, with plenty of dining and bars options in the neighborhood. Message me if you are interested!
About This Lister
I am 25 (she/her) and have been living in this apartment for over a year. My roommate you will be sharing the apartment with is 33 (he/him) and works from home. He is very respectful, communicative and clean. Our apartment is a cozy, calm and comfortable space and we are both pretty chill people.
