Hi! I am looking for a roommate to join my current apartment in Bushwick/Ridgewood (Halsey St L stop).
- This is a 3bed / 2bath apartment with a lot of natural light and plenty of space!
- 2nd floor apartment in a 3-storey building (6 units total)
- Only looking for one roommate as the 3rd room will be used as a shared office / multi-use space
- You will have your own bathroom (it's pretty big!) and you can choose which room to use as your bedroom
- All rooms come with good natural light and built-in closets, can fit full or queen beds
- Building is newly renovated, and comes with laundry and gym in the basement, as well as a spacious rooftop
- The apartment is fully furnished, but very flexible if you want to bring in your own furniture
- Most furniture / items shown in the photos will be gone as my roommates move out, but we can talk if there's something you want to keep!
- Rent is $1700/mo. + utilities (electricity, wifi and gas)

I have been living in this space for a year now and have really enjoyed living in this apartment. My current roommates are moving out of town so I am looking for someone to take over the lease. I love the great location (3mins walk to the Halsey L stop, and the M train is also a 12min walk away) and the surrounding neighborhood (Ridgewood is the place to be! and Bushwick is also right there). It's a very quiet street, with plenty of dining and bars options in the neighborhood. Message me if this sounds like a good fit for you!
