Shared spaces include an open kitchen (with dishwasher), living area, and a small office with a large bay window. The entire apartment has high ceilings, hardwood floors, and huge windows to let in the light. Coin free laundry machines are located in the basement of the building.
The location is really ideal: one block away from the C train and a short walk to the G train or Atlantic Ave with many transportation options. You can also easily access the many restaurants and shops of Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, or Fort Greene. Prospect Park and Fort Greene Park are also within walking distance.
