-Fits a full or queen bed, plus space for desk and dresser

-Large closet with overhead storage (current roommate added a clothing rack)

-Great natural light (southeast exposure) overlooking a quiet garden

-Comes unfurnished so you can set it up your way.

The Commons Spaces:

-Eat-in kitchen with brand-new marble countertop + oversized sink.

-Murphy Table

-Living room will be furnished with sofa + TV+ color coded library!

-Separate entrances on opposite sides of the apartment for extra privacy- I use the main one by the door but will use the alternative in early mornings.

-1 flight up in an 8-unit, well-maintained building.

-Sorry, no pets allowed.

The Neighborhood:

-10 min walk to Brooklyn Bridge Park & 5 min walk to Cobble Hill Park

-Close to Trader Joe’s, Court St shops, restaurants and I even go to the Park Slope Food Coop!

-Easy transit: F/G at Bergen, just a block from Brooklyn Greenway plus NYC Ferry nearby

-I wanted to have this space for someone who is looking to live in the neighborhood but wants to keep their overhead low and is kind, respectful and enjoys life!

About This Lister

I am a single female in my early 40's. I have lived in NYC for 20 years. I am from Texas and California- I plan to travel there more frequently. I work in Non Profit and Sales work. I write daily and love living near the water! I am very active in the community. I work out at the neighboring YMCA and am usually asleep by 10:30pm and get up early.

I am also sober 19 years. I do not mind if you have beer or wine in the fridge. I just need you to know I don't drink. I do have friends I cook for and hope to start baking sourdough this winter and share with a roommate.
