I'm looking for a roommate for my 4 Bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The house has multiple shared spaces with a great yard and views. It's completely furnished with the exception of a personal bedroom and office.

Located in Highland Park, this beautiful two story home (1700 sq. feet) is tucked away on the hillside between Figueroa and York Blvd. With tons of natural light and minimalist interior, this home offers a relaxing, creative space away from the bustle of the city. My room is located on the top floor and the second bedroom is located on the main floor with its own private bathroom. A second home office is available upstairs to make into your own work from home space, extra closet, yoga room, whatever you want.

Amenities: The house is equipped with security cameras, wifi, washer/dryer, sunroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, office, guest room, garden patio, upper deck and a studio/TV room in back with all the streamers.

I'm a female writer/artist in my 30s. I'm mellow/laidback, clean, quiet and very considerate. I'm very independent, and when not working, I like to read/write, hike, spend time with friends. I'm essentially looking for someone similar: mellow, clean, shares space well. I do have a dog, so you would have to be okay living with one :) He's very sweet and chill and spends most of his days sunbathing/sleeping in whatever room I'm in.
