We’re looking for a roommate(s) to fill a spacious en-suite bedroom in our sunny and modern 2 bed/2.5 bath brownstone in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn! The home is about 1,800 sq ft, thoughtfully laid out, and very comfortable to actually live in.

✨ The space
The first floor is an open, easygoing hangout space with a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, marble island, great appliances, and wine fridge. The living and dining areas are fully furnished, and the kitchen already has everything you’d need (utensils, cookware, appliances, etc.) so you can move right in.

🌿 Outdoor Space
The living room opens directly onto a private multi-level outdoor area that’s fully furnished and perfect for grilling, hosting friends, or enjoying a quiet morning coffee (love sunbathing and enjoying the calm sounds of birds) - a much needed retreat in a city like NY!

🛌 Your Room
Upstairs are two private en-suite bedrooms. Your room is south-facing, gets great natural light, and includes ample closet space and a smart TV. It can also be furnished (as seen in photo) with a queen Tempurpedic bed. There’s a in-unit washer/dryer on this floor as well.

🌇 Rooftop
Up one more set of stairs is a private rooftop with beautiful sunset light and tons of flexibility- great for lounging with a cocktail, dinners, workouts, or just taking in the views!

🌳 Neighborhood
We’re on a peaceful, tree-lined block in Bed-Stuy, with great restaurants, cafes, and bars jut around the corner. It’s a calm, friendly area with a strong neighborhood feel.

👋 About Us
We’re a couple in our early 30s working in tech, sharing the home with our well-behaved and extremely friendly and cuddly 2 yr old doodle. Agata works a hybrid schedule and Jake primarily works in the office. We both love staying active - Jake enjoys golf, hot yoga and skiing in the winter months! Agata enjoys pilates, hot yoga, skiing, and sauna culture (as of late).

We stay busy during the week and kick back during the weekend in our beautiful home - making lattes with our ECM espresso coffee setup, watching movies and hosting friends, and exploring the neighborhood with our pup. Excited for spring to start enjoying the outdoor space again!

We’ve loved the sense of community from past roommate experiences and hope to find someone who values a warm, respectful, and welcoming home. We’ve been lucky enough to call some of our past roommates our closest friends.
