The location is incredible - directly across the street from Prospect Park and a 2 minute walk to the Prospect Park station (B, Q, S). Easy commute into Manhattan. Residential neighborhood with grocery stores, cafes and bars nearby. Top floor (6th) in an elevator building with basement laundry. Good sized unfurnished room that can fit a double or queen, with huge closets and built in shelving. Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment.
Room has a window that faces Prospect Park. Rent is $1,550 plus utilities. First month’s rent, plus one month’s security deposit due at signing.
