I have one large bedroom with a private bath which will be available starting June 15- Sep 15 (flexible) . A/C provided - primary bed with its own bathroom. This is the primary bed and bathroom and you will have access to the ENTIRE Kitchen, Living Room, Laundry Room ( in unit ), and dining room - you can even use the second bathroom that is off the kitchen if you do not want to go to your private bathroom in the primary bedroom.
Primary Bedroom with Private Bathroom + King Bed is what I am renting for this listing.
Utilities are an extra 100$ - $250 / month in the summer depending on Air Con usage.
About This Lister
I am a birth doula, I am going to be heading out of state from the end of June until the beginning of September. One of my subletters is moving out end of June. This is a lovely space, and I've been here for almost 9 years.

Rental requirements
We require potential subletters to meet with the lease holder, and answer a few questions. We require previous reference or landlord reference to ensure you're a respectable fit. Must not be a bigot, and must be queer friendly.
We have a lease agreement, with terms of stay. Rent is required by the first of the month.
