Hi, there's one room with a private bath available for rent in this recently renovated 3 BR / 3 bath apartment. $1,550 per month with a private en suite bathroom. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom so the 3 bathrooms make this apartment a very comfortable share.

The apartment was recently renovated. Light maple wide plank hardwood floors, European kitchen, new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, quartz countertops, porcelain tile to the ceiling in the bathrooms. The bedrooms are big enough to accommodate a queen-sized bed and other furniture besides. Bedrooms and living room have good storage. Bedrooms look out over a quiet garden, pictured.

Quiet, clean, well-maintained building with laundry in basement and live-in super. This is a non-smoking building. High security lock system - get from the street into your apartment with 1 key. Pictured is a furnished and planted garden for tenant use with outdoor furniture and a lounger - very nice during the summer. Number 2,3 train on 135th is 5 min away and number 4,5,6 on 125th street is 8 min away walking which makes it very convenient to get quickly to the east or the west side. Supermarkets are nearby, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are nearby on 125th Street so you can pick something up on your way back from the subway.

Tenant 1: 40 year old male, has lived in this apartment for 3 years. He owns a successful business in the neighborhood. He is a responsible tenant and a pleasure to deal with. He is busy but approachable and he communicates well. He comes home tired and likes to be quiet at home. He mostly eats out and doesn't cook much. Male or female and people's lifestyles are not as important to him as finding someone who is on the quiet side, hopefully without a lot of outside people hanging out in the apartment. He would appreciate people who can figure out stuff that needs to be discussed or pay the bills that need to be paid without a lot of drama.

Tenant 2: 34 year old male. He is just moving into the apartment. He is also a busy man, up early and out of the house and back in the evening. He is from North Carolina originally and now returning to NYC after 5 years in LA. He does cook a couple times a week and wants to keep the kitchen and living room neat and clean. For him, the most important thing in a living situation is being mindful and respectful of one another. His key issues are keeping the common areas tidy and the noise down. He thinks that shouldn't be too hard if people start out with the same mindset and understanding of one another. For work, he is a consultant for a fitness company. His work is always on-site and never remote. He often travels for consulting work. In his free time, he tries to live a pretty active lifestyle. He is not much of a partier and would also prefer roommates that didn't want to have parties or many guests over.
