About This Lister

I'm a video editor and filmmaker who's been living in Los Angeles for nine years. I have a temporary sublet in NYC and that's where I will be until Jan 31. There is a chance I might stay in New York longer. I like to watch movies, so I have a pretty good entertainment setup at home. I have to have fast internet and a good desk setup with multiple monitors for my work. All of that would be yours to use. I like to cook, so I have a pretty well-equipped kitchen. I have been in this unit for five years, and any repairs I've needed have always been taken care of quickly by management. So if you have any issues at all, I'm sure they will be taken care of quickly. I'm looking to travel more, so I'm hoping this listing projects a good place to be able to sublet my place.
