About This Lister

We moved to Rosendale in 2003 and have never looked back. Johnny, a designer, and Amy an educator and director, have two grown children, two cats, six ducks, and a thriving greenhouse. Originally owned by our neighbor, Rocco, this house was purchased in 2019 and rebuilt from the ground up. With his nest egg from the sale of the house, Rocco moved to the Netherlands to be with his true love. The all-new house is designed and furnished with a farmhouse modern aesthetic, to allow for simplicity, down-shifting, and renewal.
