Our 1.5-bedroom, 1-bath cabin is part of Mystic Hill, a small, unique property of four cabins set on three wooded acres in New Hampton, NY. The land includes gardens, winding paths, and a treehouse, creating a peaceful, nature-centered environment.

The cabin is a standalone home, offering privacy while still being part of a small, like-minded community. The layout includes one main bedroom and a smaller second room that works as an office or closet. The second room is a walkthrough (railroad-style), connecting the main living area to the primary bedroom, so it is not fully private.

The space can be furnished with the furniture seen in the images.

The owner lives next door and is available if needed, while still respecting tenants’ privacy.

There are a few steps to access the cabin.

This is a month to month lease. Utilities are not included, because of the short term nature of the lease, the utilities stay in my name and the amount used will be added to the rent at the end of each month.

The home includes a kitchen, Wi-Fi, and essential living amenities, along with access to the gardens and outdoor areas.

Located in New Hampton, Mystic Hill offers a peaceful setting within a short drive to town, shops, and daily conveniences.
