About Us
I launched Unified Mills Flour & Grain, a mission-driven local flour brand, in 2023. Unified Mills is a retail consumer brand that sources single-origin flour from craft flour millers and grain farmers throughout the Northeast. We sell online, in stores, and at farmers markets. Before launching UMFG, I worked for GrowNYC, which runs the NYC Greenmarket program. There I helped launch GrowNYC Grains, educating shoppers and selling regional grains and flour at Union Square and other Greenmarket locations.
