I am a business journalist who is a lifelong New Yorker. I have been a landlady of this apartment that I own for the past 18 years. I live in another building in the three-building complex, The Shoreline of New Rochelle, so can be on hand to address any questions. This is a beautiful apartment at an exceptional value, as noted in my description, in a great location near New York City and Connecticut. Also, Amtrak stops at the New Rochelle train station, so there is that added convenience.
