About the Opportunity
Join our boutique New York fragrance brand for the holiday season at Herald Square, one of the city’s most vibrant and high-traffic retail destinations. We’re seeking passionate, reliable, and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Representatives to represent our handcrafted candles and fine home fragrances.

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be one of the faces of our brand at our holiday pop-up; welcoming customers, sharing the story behind each fragrance, and helping shoppers find the perfect gifts! You’ll create a warm, engaging, and polished shopping experience while meeting sales goals in a lively, high-energy setting.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for individuals who love connecting with people, sharing stories, and creating memorable shopping experiences during the busiest and most magical time of year in NYC. We’re lucky to have been chosen as one of the vendors for an indoor holiday market, so you won’t spend your time freezing outside in the elements!

Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers with warmth, enthusiasm, and product knowledge
- Share our brand story and help customers discover the perfect fragrance or gift
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an inviting and well-organized booth or display throughout the day
- Restock merchandise and assist with daily setup and closing duties
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Represent the brand professionally in a high-traffic, customer-facing environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, dependable, and self-motivated personality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Interest in fragrance, candles, and artisanal or luxury goods a plus

Schedule Requirements:
Ability to work weekdays, weekends, late nights, and holidays is required.
You must be available for the full duration of the holiday markets, from November 1, 2025 through January 4, 2026.
Due to the short and high-demand nature of the season, time-off requests will not be approved during this period.

Compensation & Perks:
$22 per hour + performance-based bonuses
(Part time 24-30 hours per week & Full time 32-40 hours per week)
