I am a nurse who works at Brooklyn Hospital Center in Fort Greene. I live outside the city but work several shifts in Brooklyn and need a room for early (5:30 am) starts.

I will need to stay over either Monday or Tuesday nights once a week starting in February, as well as once a month an additional consecutive night - leading to at most 5 nights a month, but possibly only four. Also, I may well be gone for around six weeks between March and June but would not ask for discount during that period.

I can pay up to $500 which would include utilities. But my budget is limited to that.

I have excellent references, am very respectful, quiet, and clean. My only needs are quiet after 10 pm and whoever offers me the space to be similarly respectful. Also well oxygenated (vs closed off) room would be preferred. As well as a clean bathroom and kitchen (though the only kitchen feature I'd use is the fridge to store overnight is yogurt and/or fruit).

I basically get home around 7:30 and am out the door at 5 am so whoever rents to me will barely see me. I have been renting from someone really nice but their own needs lead them to stop renting. But they will act as one of several references if requested.
