I’m looking for an apartment or room in BK for myself and my special needs senior dog.

NOTE for roommate-seekers and property owners with "no dogs" preference: He is a mild-mannered, sweet senior pup, and I am happy to provide a letter of reference from my current landlord and past roommates who can attest to him being a respectful four-legged tenant/roomie.

My budget is up to $3,200/month, and I’m hoping to find a place that meets the following needs:

- Ground-level or elevator building (can't do walk-ups as my dog has elbow dysplasia and arthritis).

- A patio/yard/garden general outdoor space would be ideal. My dog has had a small yard in D.C. for the past six years and I'd hate to deprive him of sunbathing space in his golden years. In the outdoor photo, he is the dog on the left with his blue emotional support ball.

- Relatively quiet area. Long story short re: my dog's medical history is that he has a chronic adrenal disorder that does not pair well with his anxiety in high-stress environments.

Relevant info for potential roommates:
I would prefer to live with a female(s) that does not have other pets. I am clean and respectful of personal and shared spaces. Happy to just co-exist as roommates and do our own thing or if we vibe I'm down to hang out/do an occasional happy hour. During the week I am an early riser and go to bed around 10ish. I don't bring the party home.
