I am looking for a long term sublet/lease-join situation, and am open to many neighborhoods in Brooklyn, including Ridgewood. I would love to be near a park of some sorts. I would ideally like to have some privacy and enough room to have a work setup inside the bedroom. It is also important to me to have closet space in the bedroom. I cook occasionally, and am a neat and respectful roommate.
