Your Room:
You’ll have the second bedroom, which is generously sized and can easily fit a king-size bed plus additional furniture - it's essentially your own studio apartment with plenty of room to make it your own.There’s a large closet located in the living area that will be exclusively yours.
Shared Spaces:
We’ll share a spacious, open-concept living and dining area that’s perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or working from home. The space is currently furnished with a large, comfy couch, coffee table, TV and console, dining table with chairs, a full-sized mirror, and a few floor and table lamps for cozy lighting.
That said, I’m totally open to changes or reconfiguring the space—happy to discuss and find a setup that feels good for both of us!

- No in-unit laundry, but there are three laundromats within a 2-minute walk
- Large deep kitchen sink and tons of cabinet storage
- Extra closet for storage in the living room
- Additional storage nook just outside the apartment door
Utilities:
Only pay electricity — all other utilities are covered by the landlord.

Located steps away from the C train at Kingston-Throop and several bus lines. Just a 10 minute walk from the Nostrand A train. You’ll also find plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and neighborhood gems just outside your door.

I’m a 29-year-old event producer who lives a pretty active lifestyle. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and head into the office Tuesday through Thursday. Because of the nature of my work, I travel often and sometimes have early mornings or late nights.
At home, I’m very neat and clean—I like to keep the common areas tidy and enjoyable for both of us. I love hosting the occasional dinner party or cocktail hour with friends, but nothing too wild. Music is a big part of my day-to-day—I enjoy playing good tunes while cooking or cleaning, but I’m always mindful and flexible when it comes to my roommate’s preferences.
What I’m Looking For in a Roommate:
I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and responsible—especially when it comes to rent and bills. Ideally, you have your own thing going on but are open to building a friendly and comfortable dynamic at home. I lead a busy life and appreciate a roommate who does too.
Visitors are totally welcome with notice, and I’d expect the same courtesy in return. I’m allergic to cats, but I’m open to dogs—small, hypoallergenic preferred, and fully potty-trained only, please!
Ultimately, someone who is chill, self-aware, and treats the space (and me) with respect will be the perfect fit.

- Good Credit: at least 700 score or a provided guarantor
