Hello! We’re looking to fill one room in our beautiful, spacious Prospect Heights apartment until October 2026. Move in date is flexible, anytime until February 1st. There are a couple moving parts, so if you’re interested in part of this term let us know.

We have a unique set-up for NYC as it's the bottom 3 floors of a row house. Amenities include a washer/dryer, fenced-in private backyard, front patio, finished basement, exposed brick and gorgeous wood floors. We are around the corner from the Clinton/Washington C stop & less than 15 min walk to the G. Less than a mile from Prospect Park. Situated between all Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, Clinton Hill and Fort Greene have to offer!

The available room is located on the ground floor partially furnished with a queen bed, a private bathroom, spacious bedroom closet, private hallway closet, fireplace mantle, and is the only bedroom on this floor.

We’re seeking a roommate who is friendly, communicative, conscientious, clean, down to share in house responsibilities, and will contribute positively to the space. We like to hang out, but also give each other space and quiet in the home. We’re all for having folks over, just check-in first and tidy up after! In general, we’re looking to maintain a warm, cozy and tidy home :-)

We have one resident calico kitty named Sasha. She takes some time to warm up but likes to be with the people and is super cute.

Julia (she/her) is in her late twenties and is pursuing her master’s degree in social work and works part time at a plant store. Otherwise you’ll find her dancing, doing yoga, making sculptures, watching survivor, and walking in the park.

Wade (he/him) is in his mid thirties and enjoys seeing friends, going on bike rides, dancing, reading, running, climbing, generally getting outside, cooking, yoga, and playing board games.
