Hello! I'm in search of a furnished 1 bedroom sublet starting August 15th (2 month minimum) in the Bay Area. I'm starting my graduate program at Stanford University and will be moving with my partner from NYC. We are two clean artists and educators who love doing quiet work at home and treating our space as a cozy sanctuary.

We're exploring sublets first before we resort to signing a lease. Ideally I am 30~ mins drive away from Stanford, open to surrounding areas (South SF, Peninsula, South Bay). We have no pets and do not smoke. We'd adore an outdoor area, parking on-site, and to be in walking, or a short driving distance, away from public transportation (Bart &/or Caltrain). Open to different sublet lengths especially if the space is right for us. <$2500 please.

I am a 36 year old artist born and raised in NYC. I lived in London for undergraduate and this will be the first time leaving NYC in 14 years! I am a video and performance artist and will be spending a lot of time in my studio on campus especially as I get acclimated to my new surroundings. My partner is a poet and professor originally from San Diego and will be starting as a Faculty Intern at the College of Marin.
